Meet the Team

From ceremonial spaces to Fortune 50 boardrooms, Monisha Chandanani supports legacy-minded leaders to align with their true calling, lead authentically, and create meaningful social impact. As an Intuitive Leadership Coach and founder of SEE.LOVE.CHOOSE.—a system proven to catalyze profound transformation in the lives of powerful achievers—Monisha has worked with hundreds of clients across six continents and more than 25 countries.

  • Monisha Chandanani believes that if you’re alive at this time, it’s for a reason. Her path was shaped by the life-altering loss of three dear friends in her early twenties—a time marked by deep grief and disorientation, as if life itself had turned inside out and upside down.

And yet, through the heartbreak, an untouchable magic emerged. Monisha felt as if she were walking within a bubble of love, where anything and everything in the world was possible. It was in this paradox—where sorrow met sacredness—that she awakened to the inner power that lives within us all. She has since devoted her life to guiding others to access this place of expanded consciousness..

Monisha is not only a coach, but a seer—attuned to the God-given brilliance and potential of her clients, even when they can’t yet see it themselves. With one foot rooted in the tangible and the other in the unseen, she has a rare gift for drawing the future into the now. Affectionately called a “corporate analyst for the soul,” she’s known for her joyful, grounded, and otherworldly-yet-accessible insight.

Monisha brings over 15 years of leadership coaching and an innate ability to foster deep connection while illuminating the best in others to Purpose, Power, Legacy. She will lead the majority of the group programming, drawing from the proprietary curriculums she’s developed over the course of her career.

When she’s not running programs for the changemakers of the future, you’ll find her tending to her aging parents, cozying up with her husband, and hosting soul-nourishing community gatherings in her home.

Latondra Newton brings her global brand leadership experience and multi-faceted design acuity to Purpose Power Legacy, co-creating with Monisha to shape the overall participant experience — from the flow of the curriculum to the feel of the environment throughout the week — ensuring that every detail supports deep transformation and meaningful connection.

  • Latondra Newton has spent her entire career lifting the lives and careers of others. Grounded in the belief that the world becomes kinder, more just, more beautiful, and more prosperous when each of us is free to live up to our full potential, she founded Latondra Newton Studio — a multidisciplinary haven where creativity and purpose thrive side by side.

Known for its soulful modernism, reverence for nature, and dedication to craftsmanship, Latondra Newton Studio is more than a creative enterprise — it’s a sustainable ecosystem. Here, a talented team of artisans and visionaries work together, bound by a shared commitment to thriving through purpose.

Latondra’s approach is deeply informed by her years as a senior executive in the global corporate arena, where she led social innovation strategies at Toyota and The Walt Disney companies that helped transform communities across the world. She developed a knack for connecting bold vision with practical execution — building programs, cultures, and partnerships that advance equity, unlock creativity, and foster meaningful growth.

Today, she brings that same clarity of purpose to her studio’s multifaceted work: designing fine jewelry, creating home objects and interiors, curating immersive gatherings, and cultivating beauty that reflects both soul and sustainability. Everything she creates is rooted in a belief that when we live in alignment with our truth, we uplift the world around us.

These days, you can find Latondra in Santa Fe, New Mexico, taking long mountain hikes, cooking without recipes, experimenting in the art studio and laughing a lot with her husband.

Each morning, he will lead grounding movement sessions—blending mindful yoga, breathwork, and somatic awareness to awaken the body and center the mind for the day ahead. He also offers one-on-one healing sessions, attuning to each person’s unique needs while creating space for deeper embodiment, release, and renewal.
